Note: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".

Note: If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Carriers

RiviyeleShop usually use UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Canada Post to shipping your order. 
Carrier cannot be chosen at the moment.

The products can be delivered to United States and Canada, Free shipping over $0.


  1. Processing time: 1-3 Business days
  2. Delivery time = Shipping time + Processing time
  3. The estimated delivery time in remote areas will be longer, and the specific estimated delivery time will vary according to different regions.
  4. Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
  5. Orders shipped to the US will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. 


  1. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees that may be charged by Customs for any international deliveries. (Basically, this will not happen, our shipping cost already includes taxes. )
  2. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as failing to provide a complete and correct shipping address or not being present at the address to sign and receive the package.
  3. Here at RiviyeleShop, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
