But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the process super easy for you.We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How Do I Return an Order?

Upon the arrival of your order, we suggest you open and check your package. Please try them on as soon as possible without washing them and removing the tags.Your satisfaction is of utmost importance for us. 

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Do not return directly to the address on the package. Because that is not our return address. In order to process returns and exchanges normally and correctly, please contact our customer service mailbox(

Return process

When you meet our return conditions, you can initiate a return. The specific process is as follows:
  1. Contact our customer service through and provide high-resolution pictures or videos of the specific reasons for the return.
  2. After receiving the email, we will reply you within 1-2 working days
  3. Please send item to our US warehouse according to the address we provided.
  4. After returning to the address we require, please send the order number and returned package number information to our mailbox

Return conditions:

  1. When you receive the item and find that the size is inappropriate
  2. The item is defective or damaged
  3. You are not satisfied
  4. We can accept a return or exchange


  1. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original condition.
  2. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping service.
  3. If the above conditions are met, the goods can be returned within 30 days after the order is placed.

Are there any charges for return:

If the return or exchange is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

We do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

  1. Wrong size/color ordered
  2. Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted
  3. Any other reasons

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Riviyeleshop is not responsible for any damage to the package during transportation. You can contact the transportation company to make a claim.

Riviyeleshop is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.


Your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days once your return is received and inspected.

Exchange Policy

  1. Orders can only be changed within 12 hours after placing your order.
  2. If the size or styles is not fit well, we can exchange the item for you.
  3. Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.
  4. If you need to start an exchange, follow the same instructions as you would return the item and choose "exchange" when filling out the return form. We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received. You will receive a confirmation email.

Item(s) Cancellation Policy

  1. The order can be canceled within 12 hours before we shipping it.
  2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.
